Dr Bobby Goswami Baruah is a Certified Career Analyst, a career and business coach,mentor and an experienced well-known career counsellor in Kolkata and Bangalore from Guwahati, Assam and Founder- Director of Dumick Educational Consultancy started way back in 2018 who works persistently to help students realize their dreams. She believes that with the right guidance, direction and motivation, no career goal is impossible. She holds a PhD in Library and Information Science from North Eastern Hill University (Meghalaya) along with a Bachelor’s degree in Science from Cotton College, Guwahati. Apart from this, Certified Career Analyst(CCA) from Edumilestones, Bangalore.
Dr Bobby has extensive experience in the field of Guidance and Counselling and alongside being a career counsellor, coach, mentor and a librarian who has an experience of thirteen productive years in the education industry in teaching and as a library professional is also an entrepreneur. Her journey into this field started when she felt that it’s high time that she needed to look out for exactly what she wanted. She knew that she deserved it after having a stagnant and unsatisfying career. That is where Dr Bobby has taken her passion to the next step and has started her own company. A self-motivated, dedicated and determined person who follows her own rules, she always provides a helping hand in right guidance to the students. Recently in 2020 she was awarded as the “The Real Super Woman,2020” in the counsellor category for Assam by ‘Forever Star India Award’(FSIA) Keeping her professional life aside,her hobbies includes sports,gardening and fashion. She actively participates in Badminton,Cricket and Swimming and has received many accolades till date.

My name is Sambha and I am pursuing my MBBS from Samarkand State Medical University through the guidance of Dr Bobby Goswami Baruah-Founder/Director of Dumick Educational Consultancy. Firstly, I would like to thank Dr Bobby Goswami Baruah ma’am for her proper and continuous guidance throughout my journey. Despite her busy scheduled, she was available for my all queries starting from university selection, building my confidence, preparing me to join from all angles and educating me even with finance handling and taking care of my all responsibilities. Ma,m has guided me since the first day I thought of pursuing MBBS and also helped me to get admission into the best university which is number 1 in Uzbekistan. Without her untiring efforts it would not have been possible for me to come so far. It took just a week to get admission plus visa for which I didn’t have to rush personally anywhere. She is there to respond me in any problem with solution and she gives her best which I have observed closely. Bobby Ma'am is an amazing coach who has a unique way of guiding and a great level of understanding. Her counselling methods make the toughest of things easier to understand. She is a great mentor who does it effortlessly and interestingly when it comes to counselling as i see myself as an example. One can never be exhausted in her sessions but infact get curious. She has helped me a lot with respect to my academics and on the personal or co-curricular front. Would highly recommend her to all the students who wish to prove themselves. Her timely guidance and support helped me venture through the toughest of times. Would always be grateful for what she has done for me.
