About Counsellor:
Mrs. Navinder Kaur Ruprai, the Founder of Ruprai Envision, has over two decades of experience in education program design. She has been instrumental in setting up a career counselling ecosystem in schools and higher education institutes. She conducts soft skill workshops to help students hone their skills for group discussions and interviews when applying for higher education.
As a Certified Career Analyst and International Certified Coach, Mrs Ruprai conducts personalised career counselling sessions, career awareness workshops, and school counsellor training sessions and provides study abroad consultation. She was also a part of the 'Paramarsh' project, a flagship career counselling event organised by the Bikaner Government, where she served as a 'Career Analyst' and mentored over 1.5 lakh students from government and public schools.
She has conducted several school academic audits and training needs analysis for teacher and student development programs. She has also played a pivotal role in developing School Improvement Programs to enhance the quality of learning and teaching in the government and public schooling systems in India and Middle East.

It was a very detailed session. I was very confused what to do for my higher studies but with the counseling session with mam I get an idea should I do at this point and I felt very motivated about my future after the session

We took counselling from ma’am as we were completely in the dark with respect to our sons progression .She is very thorough and empathetic and talks at your level which really makes things look effortless
